Scope. This policy applies to Rodz Fuel distributed by Anton Rodzionov (self-employed, Portugal) via Apple App Store and Google Play, including associated cloud services and support.

1) What this policy covers

• The personal data we collect when you use Rodz Fuel and our related cloud and support services.
• Why and how we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights.
• This policy is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil’s LGPD. If local mandatory law grants you stronger rights, those prevail.

2) Data we collect

Account & Profile (if/when accounts are enabled).

Name or alias, email, password hash, organization/fleet name and roles.

App Content (you input or upload).

Vehicle profiles, refuellings, expenses, mileage/odometer entries, notes, and uploaded files (e.g., receipts/photos/CSV). If you manage a fleet, you may enter limited contact data for team members you authorize (e.g., name, email).

Device & Usage.

Device model/OS, app version, language/locale, telemetry and performance events, crash logs, coarse IP at the edge, timestamps.

Location (optional).

Only if you enable location-based features (e.g., trip logs, nearby stations). You can disable at any time in your device/App settings.

Purchases & subscriptions.
